Was majoring in communications when she decided to move to Bogotá, Colombia and pursue acting.
Went to Miami, Florida to audition amongst many talented actresses for the part of "Rosario Montes" in the famous Colombian soap-opera "Pasión de Gavilanes" (2004), where she blew the casting judges away with her talent and good looks.
On 7th of July 2008 she gave birth to her first child, son Lucian. The father is her boyfriend, Argentinian actor Martin Karpan.
